Results of Fiscal 2010 Survey of Potential Home Helpers
Segment selection by form of employment and information provision will be effective in promoting employment

 The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yasuyuki Kimoto), having received a government subsidy in respect of the Fiscal 2010 Activities for the Promotion of Elderly Persons’ Health, in February 2011 carried out a “Survey of Potential Home Helpers” among 6,336 persons who completed either the Home Care Worker Training course (Grades 1-2) or the Basic Training for Care Workers course, and compiled estimates based on the results. An outline analysis of the survey results is given below.
