Winners of "Agri-food Industry CO2 Emissions Reduction Contest" Announced

Overview

The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yasuyuki Kimoto) has announced the results of the "Agri-food Industry CO2 Emission Reduction Contest", a project sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF).

After lengthy deliberation, the board selected a number of particularly outstanding examples from among the 101 entries submitted, and decided to award 2 Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries' Prizes, 4 MAFF General Food Policy Bureau Director-General's Prizes and 16 Outstanding Merit Prizes.
