Emergency Consultation Service for the Construction Industry

1. Outline

Local construction firms are facing difficult business conditions, and as the construction industry plays a key role in regional economies, strengthening their business capability has become a key policy issue from the perspective of maintaining local economic vitality and employment levels. To allow a rapid response to the complex and high-level inquiries on management issues received from construction companies, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism "Local construction industry emergency support measures research project" has asked The Japan Research Institute, Limited to set up an "Emergency Consultation Service for the Construction Industry" at its premises.

2. Examples of content of management consultations

Drawing up business improvement plans, financial strategy, profitability improvement, avoiding chain-reaction bankruptcies, etc. *Please note that the consultation service covers only provision of advice on management issues and does not extend to practical support in relation to applications for finance, document applications, etc. No warranty will be made with regard to the realization of the content of the proposals provided in conjunction with the service.
